It is a period of barrio civil war. Darth Hater, owner of El Chingon Body Shop, and his associates — Jar Jar Blinks, Baboso Feo, and Chavala Punk — have every loco, loca, and loquito living in fear of the mal ojo and the mal lube job.
Raza living on both ends of Galaxia Boulevard, from east to west are all aguitado. Things are so hot, a homeboy can’t roll down a calle without getting mad dogged by every watching eye. They take out their frustrations on each other.
Meanwhile, Luke Starewalker, is at the mercy of his sister Princess Bella. Luke works at El Mas Chingon Body Shop and defends it from bitch-ass hater licensiados y oficiales. Starewalker has visions of OG Homie Juan Kanobi that teach him the ways of the Deadeye Knight, a fuerza that shakes of hater’s mean mugs.
On Galactica Avenue, Hans Cholo is vulnerable without wheels. Chuey Vaca is somewhere in the barrio driving around aimlessly.
Down the block, the E-Walks are on patamobile because they haven’t made their first payment to El Mas Chingon Body Shop for a set of 24’s.

Up in the Argentine sky – it’s a bird, it’s a plane, WTF is it? (video)
What is that shiny, solvery thing in the sky near Salta, in Northwest Argentina?
The excellent Inexplicata blog explains:
Something out of the ordinary startled residents of Barrio El Carmen yesterday at noon.
It sparkled and moved, but it was unknown to those looking at it. Local residents were astounded by the object that appeared in the skies of Salta at noon yesterday.
In Barrio El Carmen, anyone looking up at that time would have been surprised to see an unusual shiny object. Some locals who beheld the circular shining object spoke with La Gaceta about the unanswered riddle: what could it have been?
“We were unable to identify the object,” says one local in the video. “It was silvery and flashing, and it let us to belive it was a UFO reflecting sunlight.”

Mariachi Las Coronelas: David Bowie’s ‘Space Oddity’ (video)
POCHO favorites Mariachi Las Coronellas — the all-mujeres mariachi band from South Texas — continue their musical odyssey as they channel David Bowie’s 1973 Space Oddity, AKA “Ground Control to Major Tomas.”
The band was featured last weekend on Texas Public Radio with an hour long concert broadcast that includes Space Oddity, Theme from the Godfather, La LLorona, some Johnny Cash music, and lots more from bandleader Vanessa Del Fierro and the gang.

Miami Latina running for Congress took a trip on a UFO (video)
Three tall, blonde-haired space aliens kidnapped her and took her for a ride in their UFO, which was controlled by quartz rocks, she said. Now Republican entrepreneur Bettina Rodriguez Aguilera (pictured with non-alien tall blonde — we think) is seeking the GOP nomination for Florida’s 27th Congressional District.
Rodriguez Aguilera, a former councilwoman in Doral who announced her candidacy last August, said the aliens were reminiscent of the famous Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janiero. She also claimed that she learned several fun facts during her encounters with them, including that’s the world’s “energy center” is in Africa and that a popular limestone tourist attraction in Miami-Dade County called Coral Castle is actually an ancient Egyptian pyramid.
Rodriguez Aguilera declined to directly address the alleged encounters when contacted Friday by the Miami Herald, telling the newspaper that she has a “strong belief in God” and believes that there is more life out in cosmos.

Taxi driver videos a UFO/OVNI over Villa Mercedes, San Luis, AR
Dude was out driving his taxi last week in Villa Mercedes, in the province of San Luis, Argentina, when he started having electrical problems with his car. First the radio went crazy. Then the car died. Then he saw this thing in the sky. But what was it? Doh! It was an UNIDENTIFIED flying object — an objeto volador NO IDENTIFICADO.
